Guided hike with spectacular views 1003 m.a.s.

We begin the adventure with a gondola ride up to 654 meters above sea level, where the trail to the iconic Linken Tower starts. As we ascend through the wonderful mountain landscape, which serves as a ski slope in winter, we will be rewarded with panoramic views of the city, 1000 meters below, and the majestic mountains surrounding us. The descent follows the north side of the mountain before looping back around to the gondola station.

This is a moderately difficult hike suitable for those with some mountain experience. The trail is approximately 3 kilometers long with a total elevation gain of about 400 meters. We walk on a narrow path in rugged terrain, so it's important to wear sturdy shoes and dress according to the weather conditions. Remember that the weather can change rapidly in the mountains.

• Degree of difficulty: 3, intermediate. Participants needs to be in reasonable good physical shape for hiking uphill. Not suitable for prams or wheelchairs.
• Period: 17. june - 30. september
• Days of week: All days (jun-aug). Sat and sun (sept)
• Duration: 3-4 hours
• Meeting point Lower cable car station, Skistua 61, 8515 Narvik. A guide will meet the participants.
• Meeting time: All days at 11.00 (june, july and aug). Sat and sun at 12.00 (sept).
• Requirements: Clothing and shoes suitable for the weatherconditions
• Recommendation: Bring your camera and something to drink
